We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the spacious suites, which allowed us to have privacy while our children had their own beds in the living room. The large private terrace was a bonus, with patio doors from both the bedroom and living area. The hotel facilities, including the pools, spa, gym, and horse stables, were excellent. The staff were attentive and friendly, and both the breakfast and evening meals were delicious. Additionally, the hotel's location, just 30 minutes from the airport, made it a convenient starting or ending point for our trip.
No complaints.

During a weekend away, we had a lovely stay in a spacious suite with plenty of room for our family. Our children were thrilled with the two beds in the living room, allowing us to enjoy some privacy in our own separate bedroom. the private terrace was a highlight, as we soaked up the sun and enjoyed the views. the pools, spa, and gym were all in excellent condition and provided great relaxation options for us. it was convenient to be located only 30 minutes from the airport, making our travels much smoother.
One of the issues we encountered was that the hotel's dining options were somewhat limited, leaving us with few choices for meals.

Very luxurious hotel, excellent, friendly staff always acting with discretion and a smile and willing to solve any problem you may have - even in English/French/German. Excellent spa/thermal service. Hotel is situated around 20 kms outside Sevilla, literally "out of nowhere" and difficult to find when driving. Only small minus were small electrical problems - keys had to be changed five-six times to fonction, firealarm went off without any reason ..... and then they charge a lot too much much for Wifi and TV films - otherwise perfect!

This is a very impressive hotel in cortijo style with rooms set around courtyards. The room we had was spacious with a large tv screen and the bathroom facilities were marvellous, especially the water pressure which unusually for Spain was superb and the whirlpool bath and shower were both enjoyed. There is a large spa facility and while the black marble is sombre and a bit gloomy, the facilities were the best I have experienced. Staff were helpful, but especially Bea, the waitress at dinner who advised both on wine and olive oil and we will be acting on her recommendations. The carriage museum and horses were a delight, and walking in the grounds with its lake and gardens was a nice diversion, although there is nothing nearby so you can expect to eat in the hotel restaurant which was fine, but portions were small. I would definitely recommend this hotel, Seville is a 35 euro taxi ride each way.
The hotel was in the process of changing from Hilton to Waldorf Astoria and this meant some services, I.E. the free shuttle bus and free tea and coffee on room service were technically not available, although amicably resolved in our case. I was surprised to find no peanuts, crisps or olives were served with our pre prandial drink in the bar, described as a cocktail bar but without any cocktails on the drinks menu. However, overall this was a very good experience and the negatives were relatively minor.

Magnificient Suite, Great facilities, we loved the horse stables, the pool, the spa, the quietness, the beds. Great for a small weekend break. We loved this Hotel.
Perhaps the room service and the bar prices were a little too expensive, but it is a 5 star luxury hotel...

Superb. The staff are excellent, being helpful but not intrusive. La Boticaria is a genuine 5 star hotel - the facilities were good, the pool great and our suite was fantastic. We didn't eat there as we favour the pueblo ambience - a few small tapas bars in Alcala or a great tapas bar (Bar Jaula) in Dos Hermanas that is worth the effort. Finding the hotel was not a drama as it is well signposted and the Tom Tom co-ords were fine.

Spent Easter at a hotel with top facilities. The suite we stayed in allowed full privacy for parents while the kids had two beds available in the living room. Suite had a large terrace that provided an excellent view as well as privacy. The hotel spa and gym were impressive, and the horse stables were a highlight for our kids. Its location was perfect for flights from the nearby airport. The breakfast and evening meals were delicious!
The overall feel of the hotel was quite stuffy. We noticed that staff were not too happy to see the kids around.

This Hotel is very luxury and excelent! The room is really beautifull with hidromassage bath... Really nice terrace. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and I've choosen half pension what I really recommend! It's was a dinner very romantic and with a really tasty food, good value for the money. It's has a really good indoor pool.
Children cannot go to the spa. But It doesn't have a kids place to live them, so we could not go to the spa...

The stay at this hotel was magnificent. the suites offered exclusive amenities, and the patio doors led to a large private terrace. the children enjoyed the hotel pools, gym, and horse stables. the excellent staff provided a delicious breakfast and evening meal.
The only minor issue was that the bar/lounge area was not open when we returned from dinner. the private facilities in the suite made up for it.
